Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.
Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout.
If you have already checked out, please contact and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via support@melodyelephant.com.
However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.
Delivery Location
We provide international shipping services, due to shipping costs, we are currently only open to the following countries or regions, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Due to transportation costs, we only offer free shipping in US, UK, Canada, Australia.
Import Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and charges are included in the item price or shipping charges. The buyer needn’t be responsible for these charges.

Our express delivery uses UPS, USPS, FedEX, and other well-known logistics companies to ensure that your goods can be delivered safely and quickly.
Shipping Time
The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is.
Please contact with us support@melodyelephant.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case to find the missing package.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
We generally complete the distribution within 24 hours after the customer pays(Working day), promise to deliver the goods within 48 hours(Working day), and send the courier number to the customer in the first time by email or online communication.
